Head sushi chef Sangwoo Kim and sous chef Sean Cho have created this incredible Oshi Trio to celebrate this remarkable milestone. It will be available from September 28 to October 13, 2024, and features three exclusive flavours:
- A5 Iwate Wagyu Oshi Sushi with egg yolk vinaigrette
- Japanese Unagi Oshi Sushi with pickled mustard seed
- Salmon Oshi Sushi with truffle Miku sauce, botan ebi, and caviar
Terms and Conditions for The Million Aburi Oshi Campaign Prize
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to The Million Aburi Oshi Campaign, conducted by Miku Waterfront. By accepting the reward, the selected guest agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Reward Details
The reward for the one-millionth Aburi Oshi order includes:
- Michelin Starred Aburi Hana Experience for Two
- An exclusive dining experience at Aburi Hana.
- Reservation details and conditions will be communicated to the selected guest.
- Round Trip Flight for Two
- Round-trip flights from Vancouver International Airport (YVR) to Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ).
- The total cost of the flights is covered up to a maximum of CAD$2,000.
- Flights are subject to availability, and blackout dates may apply.
Eligibility and Selection of the Guest
- Open to All Guests: The campaign is open to all guests dining at Miku Waterfront (200 Granville St #70, Vancouver, BC V6C 1S4) during the campaign period.
- Dine-In Only: Limited to dine-in customers. Takeout and delivery orders are not included.
- Selection Method: The orders of the Premium Aburi Oshi during the campaign period are recorded, and the guest who places the one-millionth order will be selected to receive the reward.
Reward Conditions
- Acceptance of Reward
- The selected guest must accept the reward as offered. No cash alternatives or substitutions will be provided.
- The reward is non-transferable and cannot be resold.
- Notification of Selected Guest
- The selected guest will be notified at the restaurant when the one-millionth Aburi Oshi order is placed.
- The announcement will be made on our digital platforms, including social media and the restaurant’s website.
- Redemption of Reward
- Miku Waterfront will coordinate the redemption process. Our team will assist in booking both the flights and the restaurant reservations.
- The dining experience at Aburi Hana and the round-trip flights must be booked within six months from the date of the announcement, and the trip must be completed by October 31, 2025.
Travel Conditions
- The selected guest and their companion are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including passports and visas, if applicable.
- The selected guest and their companion are responsible for any travel insurance, health insurance, accommodation, transportation, itinerary planning, and any other incidental costs and expenses not explicitly stated as part of the reward.
- Miku Waterfront only covers the financial aspect of the round-trip flight and payment at Aburi Hana. All other expenses are the responsibility of the selected guest and their companion.
General Conditions
- Miku Waterfront reserves the right to amend or cancel this campaign and its reward at any time without prior notice.
- The selected guest agrees to participate in promotional activities related to the campaign, including but not limited to photo sessions and interviews, without additional compensation. Miku Waterfront reserves the right to use the selected guest’s name, likeness, and any photos or videos for promotional purposes.
- By accepting the reward, the selected guest agrees to release Miku Waterfront, its affiliates, and its employees from any liability arising from participation in the campaign or acceptance of the reward. This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from travel, participation in activities, or use of the reward.
- Miku Waterfront shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil disturbance, and natural disasters.
- Miku Waterfront reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, who is found to be tampering with the campaign process, or who is acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
- All selected guests are subject to verification by Miku Waterfront, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the campaign. A participant is not selected to receive any reward unless and until the participant’s eligibility has been verified and the participant has been notified that verification is complete.
- The selected guest is responsible for any taxes, duties, or other charges that may be incurred as a result of receiving the reward. Miku Waterfront will not be responsible for any tax implications that may arise from accepting the reward.
Privacy
The personal information provided by the selected guest will be used solely for the purposes of administering the reward and will be handled in accordance with Miku Waterfront’s’ privacy policy.
