Kōyō, in Japanese, translates to ’autumn coloured foliage’. Complementing the ‘hanami’ (cherry blossom viewing) season in the spring, kōyō is a celebrated time of autumn viewing in Japan as the leaves of the land’s deciduous trees deepen into brilliant shades of yellows, browns, and reds, before falling to the ground.
Celebrate the Kōyō season in Vancouver with us and enjoy our limited-time menu and cocktail features, expertly crafted by our chefs and bartender to reflect this transient time of beautiful, changing autumn foliage.
Our Kōyō features are available from October 7 – November 17, and will rotate biweekly. Available during dinner only.
