Private Events

We are now accepting private reservations for our Blue Sky dining room!

Please review the prerequisites listed and feel free to contact our Events Coordinator if you would like to proceed.

Reservations for large parties are generally required 2-3 weeks in advance as we find ourselves close to fully booked for the peak dates and times.

For semi-private reservations for groups of 7–12 guests, please reserve via OpenTable.com for the latest availability.

General Private Room Information

Blue Sky Room capacity is between 7 to 20 guests. There is room for
16 at one table, and a maximum of 20 at two tables.
Each private room reservation will have a dedicated senior server
overseeing your party.
If there are any allergies, please let us know before your event to
prevent delays in food service.
The option to pre-select a white/red wine or sake is available upon
request, see Beverage Menu here.
Outside music, entertainment or decorations are not permitted in
the private room, i.e. sparklers, poppers with glitter or confetti, and
decorations stuck to the wall or furniture. If you have any questions
or queries, please do ask the Events Coordinator.

Securing A Reservation

All private room reservations are inclusive of Vivreau Sparkling & Still water service.
All prices are exclusive of taxes and gratuity.
A credit card will be required to secure the reservation via a secure OpenTable link.
If the event is cancelled within 48 hours there will be a $500 fee which will be deducted from the credit card.
This credit card will not be used for the final bill unless previously authorized.
All payments will be required to be made on one credit card only.

Lunch Service

For lunch service, there will be a minimum spend of $1500 for private reservations.

All guests are required to order the current Chef’s Shokai priced at $100 per person, or the Aburi Shokai priced at $125 per person. See menus here.
There are no time restraints on private lunch service
reservations other than a completion time of 4 pm so the restaurant may prepare for dinner service.

Dinner Service

Dinner Minimum Spend:
- Sept. 8 to Nov. 30, 2026 & Jan. 4 to May 2, 2027
  Sunday to Thursday: $3,000 minimum spend
  Friday & Saturday: $4,000 minimum spend
- Dec. 1, 2026 to Jan. 3, 2027 & May 3 to Sept. 6, 2027
  Sunday to Saturday: $4,000 minimum spend
- There are no specific time restrictions beyond our standard last call at 10:00 PM and restaurant closure at midnight.
The entire party would be required to participate in the current Miku Kaiseki priced at $195 per person, or the seasonal Kaiseki option if available.

Minimum spend requirements are subject to change based on demand. Blackout dates may apply during select periods for private events.
